On arrival I did not have to wait.The staff were pleasant and polite .The surgical procedure was explained to me in detail and throughout the procedure itself I was reassured and I felt at ease.
The environment was very clean.I was given clear post operative advice and I am very grateful to all the staff involved.
I could not have asked for a better experience as this was the first operation I have ever had.
