What I liked

Everyone I came into contact with from the receptionist on arrival, the triage nurse, xray operatives, nurses, doctors and especially the staff in the plastering room were calm profesional and considerate. I was reassured, kept informed and felt everyone cared about my wellbeing. Everything was explained clearly and calmly.

What could be improved

I cannot think of anything in my experience which could have been improved.

Anything else?

I would like to thank all the staff I came into contact with, they can take great satisfaction in doing a great job to such a high standard. I never felt like just a number.
