I have just attended the William Harvey hospital following a colonoscopy examination.
Kindly inform that department of my complete satisfaction.
From start to finish, I was treated with great kindness, help and reasurance.
Reception staff had a smile on arriving.
Having a personal nurse was great.
Also special thanks to the Consultant
