What I liked
All the staff were exceptionally kind to me and were very sympathetic to my needle phobia. They were never too busy to help and everything they did was with good humour!
Anything else?
Although any surgical procedure is unpleasant, the staff make it bearable and help to reassure with their confident and friendly manner.
