"Generally fine but not happy with all..."

What I liked

I have visited the hospital a couple of times and am generally very happy with it.

What could be improved

I visited the day surgery department for a flexible cystoscopy and the actual procedure was fine. However, there was a very long wait and the nurse preparing patients for the procedures seemed very unorganised! I think that in order to do what she is doing you would need to be well-organised and have very good people skills - this nurse did not seem to possess any of these abilities.
