My husband and I were involved in a nasty car crash last June 2010 and we have nothing but praise for the treatment we were given, both by the emergency services (Cranbrook fire brigade, paramedics, ambulance service and the police) and the Kent and Sussex Hospital.
The treatment was exemplary, first in the A&E, the Intensive Care and finally on Ward 11. All staff were fantastic and everywhere was squeaky clean.
I sustained many broken bones, but thanks to the care of the medical staff, plus the follow-up appointments when I was seen very promptly, I have made a good recovery. We are both grateful that we live in the country that has a National Health Service of this quality, both in regard to the Kent and Sussex Hospital and the prompt and excellent response by the emergency services.
