"Excellent caring staff in a clean..."

What I liked

Staff were caring and friendly putting one at ease during a stressful personal experience depite the refurbishment pressures of the department. In A&E, one particular triage nurse and Doctor to two of the ward staff nurses, in the AMU, but all the staff were helpful and empathetic. The catering and cleaning was also performed to a high standard.

Having the full discharge copy of treatment notes as one can read them at one's own pace and take time to comprehend instead of trying to remember oral information. They also proved useful as the GP did not seem to have a copy when I visited them.
