"Very disappointing as the triage nurse..."

About: Hospital Of St Cross (Rugby)

What I liked

The receptionist was friendly and i did not have to wait long. I was given a blood test which is what I wanted.

What could be improved

The nurse had a terrible attitude. Made me feel stupid. Unfriendly and rude. They did not appear to understand the severity of malaria and ignoring it. Was reluctant to offer helpful advice and told me I would not be able to be tested there which proved not to be true. When I was answering the receptionists questions I saw the nurse asleep at the desk. The department was empty and yet they seemed annoyed I was wasting their time. I felt very upset by this.

Anything else?

I've never been so disappointed and shocked at the treatment i've received.
