What I liked

I liked immensely the fact that after having an accident at work on the Tuesday, I was in theatre getting it fixed on the Wednesday and on the road to recovery by the Friday! Yeah I had to wait 9 hrs on the Wednesday for my slot but the fact is it was done the day after.

I am a BUPA member through my employer and could have gone private but there was clearly no need to use the service. The NHS excelled in fixing me up.

From the lady in triage, to the Docs in A&E who treated me to the wizards in theatre who done the repair and to the squad of nurses and physiotherapists in the plastics dressings clinic, I thankyou all for getting me back to graft.

I would like for my comments to be read by the departments above as it's important for them to know that they are doing a great job and only the minority of patients are whingers I'm sure.
