Absolutely nothing - staff were ignorant, arrogant and surly

What could be improved

Everything - Good Hope has a bad reputation in Sutton Coldfield (i.e. your nickname is "No Hope") and I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you definitely lived up to your nickname
