"I spent 30mins sat waiting to be told they dont cover my area"

I visited Bryon House as I needed medical help for an eye problem as my doctors had closed in Kirkby Dropin. I was asked if I had an appointment and called to the window/reception where I was consantly being told that they don't cover my area and that it wasnt a drop in centre.

I went into the treatment room where my eye was never looked at as she said she wasnt going to look or treat as "we dont cover your area".

I found the staff extremely rude and to me they seemed uninterested. I had been to the drop in centre at Kirkby on another occassion and never had a problem as they were very helpful.

So all in all I spent 30mins sat waiting to be told they dont cover my area and that she wasnt going to look at or treat me !!

This experience has left me feeling like so much for the NHS and being helpful.
