"I came out of the hospital smiling,..."

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

What I liked

I visited the maxillo-facial dept in May to have my wisdom tooth removed. Although this is a routine procedure, I was extremely nervous. All of the staff were friendly, kind, caring and professional. They treat me with great care and compassion, and talked me through the process as they could see how anxious I was. Nothing was too much for them. My consultant and his team are a credit to the RLI. Many, many thanks.
