What I liked
On this occasion, courtesy,kindness,patience,informative,caring,professionalism.
Nothing was too much trouble and initiative on the part of the team saved me from having to re-attend the Endoscopy dept.
An unpleasant procedure that was almost a "pleasure" under the guidence of the consultants.
What could be improved
Smoke salmon sandwiches would have been nice but apart from that nothing.
Anything else?
Congratulations Endoscopy.
