What I liked
from the surgeon to the tea lady everyone was so polite and helpful.
i wasn't looking forward to my operation but as soon as i arrived i was put at ease by the nurses.
after 4 or 5 operations over the last 15 years its the first time i have met the surgeon who was operating on me who greeted me with a smile and a handshake and explained the procedure.
i am now recovering from a successful operation and haven't stop thinking about my stay in the countess which was FANTASTIC.
