Worries arise because people tell you hospitals are poor, procedures are painful and invasive and staff are uncaring. Local media enjoy putting down local health care teams and hospitals.
My experience was the opposite – the hospital seemed clean, pre-op, procedural and aftercare were all caring and fully explained to me!
