I was angry to hear that TTP is being axed as it helps a great deal of people including me. The team here are very dedicated to helping service users to get better, they provide a wide range of services to us which help each one of us a group or on our own. The unit is there for the people of the local area to access.

We are delighted to let you know we will be continuing to deliver the recovery program within Ashley House Widnes & Public Hall Court Runcorn.

We are also extremely happy to be starting this new era, with the staff that provided the previous recovery day program. We have read the posts on this site and we have taken all feedback on board. We will use this to continue to give you a service that puts you at the centre of your recovery with the passion and professionalism of the Recovery Team to support you. We hope this helps for all service users past, present and future.

The Recovery Team would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who posted comments and concerns over the past few months, and we would like to invite anyone who posted with concerns to come along and speak to the staff here. We welcome continued feedback and invite service users to complete questionnaires which are available from staff at Ashley House. We are keeping treatment times and timetables as close to the previous provision as possible, and if you have any feedback for us to help you towards your recovery goals then please let us know.
