About: North Middlesex Hospital

What I liked

Let see....First started when I called to my an appointment for my scan because missed my last appointment. I called the switchboard and the lady who picked up wasn't sure what to do! Which seemed weird to me working as a receptionist. She put the handset down on the table to ask her colleague what do and that I could her colleague ranting about why I missed the appointment, why am I calling. She was so rude about that I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The reception came back on the phone and I started her that she was talking was rude about and said I did know it was a crime to forget! Her answer was that I should under there are other pregnant women to see but that don't explain why she spoke to me (indirectly).

My second incident happened on May 2nd. I was getting these horrible pains on the left side of stomach and the lady at reception said to go and see the triage nurse. I went in to explain the I needed to see a doctor for my and she why! She was rude .

What astounding is how unprofessional these people. They have no people skills and wonder why a lot of people dread going to that hospital. Most of the nurse can’t communicate which gives me no confidence to be in their care!

If anyone ask what I think of North Mid Hospital I will tell them to change hospital!
