What I liked

I would like to thank the whole nursing team at every stage of my care, from pre-op assessment, staff on the Ward 3 day surgery, theatre staff, and staff on Ward 12, where i was transferred for the night following my surgery. Every member of staff treated me with dignity and respect, and were kind, caring and compassionate.

Having experienced a different level of care at NMGH, I was quite concerned that FFG may be the same but am happy to report that my care could not have been any better.
