What I liked

Attended the X Ray Dept which offers a walk-in service. Encountered three members of staff including the radiographer, all of whom were very pleasant and efficient. I was seen almost immediately and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Was particularly impressed that all the staff were so friendly and that the female staff took care to help myself and another lady there to tie our gowns up at the back to ensure our dignity. Such a small point but very important. Thank you.
