I felt like it was a complete waste of time. I admit I was seen early which was a bonus as they are always running late when I normally go. I went in and was basically told they didn't know what was wrong and they weren't going to find out. I was tne told to try something which I had already used, but didn't work. When I left I was given a sheet with exercises on, but am unable to do because of the problem I went to sort out.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the care that you received at Warwick Hospital. I have discussed this with the manager of the department and they have informed me that usually exercise sheets are given to patients as a preliminary treatment.
