What I liked
Highly professional care, good level of explanation, caring attitude throughout.
The response from acute care team in A&E when I was 'blue-lighted' in with a suspected heart attack was superb - very quick but reassuring and sensitive at all times.
Nursing staff were pleasant, attentive, and friendly at all times.
Lovely ethos about the whole Cardiac department and really felt that everyone was working very effectively as a team.
What could be improved
The food - Jamie Oliver was right !
Perhaps a little more awareness of patients need to bathe as independently as possible - this has a real impact on your morale and dignity.
