I have been coming to LRI for over 2 years now & I am sad to say I am very dissappointed. I always end up seeing Junior doctors who don't have a clue. They keep telling me I don't know what to say or do, I am sorry to waste your time (& wasting precious NHS resources), but I am going to have to call you back in to see the lead clinician. This is has been going on for 2 years now & after several appointments I never get to see the lead clinician, something is very wrong with this picture.

I am still waiting & waiting, god knows for how much longer?
