What I liked
I recently had my appendix removed with keyhole surgery in Dewsbury hospital and feel the need to comment on the fantastic level of care and service I received. From the lady who looked after me pre op to the surgical team and those involved in post op care, I couldn't have asked to be looked after better. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. They looked after me extremely well and are a credit to the NHS. I would particularly like to thank the staff member who was in charge of ward 10 on 6th May. They couldn't have been any nicer and friendlier and made my stay as good as it could have been.
What could be improved
Only a small detail, but I didn't receive any post op recovery guidance literature and thus had to ask advice about when to drive, resume sport etc.
"Fantastic care and the staff I..."
