"Brilliant staff on H3 ward"

I recently had to attend the H3 ward at Bolton for an iron infusion. I was there for about 9 hours in total and the nurses on that ward were just so kind, friendly and professional I couldn't fault them. My only gripe was that I was there for 2 hours before anyone was able to see me, but given how poorly some of the other patients were their needs were far more important than mine. It was almost midnight by the time I was allowed to leave, and I was asked to ring back to the nurses so they could be sure I had got to my car safely. If I ever have to go for a repeat procedure I hope I can be looked after by those nurses again!
