"Exhausting and it left me with very bad..."

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Birmingham)

What I liked

Friendly Doctors and Nurses although there was one Nurse who seemed uncaring.

What could be improved

There were no chairs available for relatives in A & E despite the 5 hour wait and I suffer from arthritis and my brother has a recently broken leg which was giving trouble.

The car parks are a great distance from the department which meant long walks in the pouring rain.

The walk from the main hospital is very long and uphill which caused both myself and my brother problems. There could easily be a way through the main hospital which would be shorter and out of the weather.

Anything else?

Car Parking rates are very expensive
