What I liked
My wife Sheila had a stroke and was admitted to the stoke unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn.Everyone from the ambulance crews, nurses, support staff and doctors were professional, kind and caring and still are during her rehabilitation and aftercare.
The staff have provided a service beyond my expectations with appointments being on time and and follow-up consultation information being helpful and informative which has been of great use to me as a first time carer.
The stroke association has also been involved with home visits and advice and information on after-stroke care, including a 'Do Something Different' course on how to change our lifestyle for the better.
Overall we have complete faith in the staff at the QEH, there quality of service and aftercare.
What could be improved
We are more than satisfied with the QEH.
Anything else?
Thankyou!
