What I liked

I have just returned from A+E and was so incensed by my awful treatment that I've come straight on here! I think that says it all really.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and to be fair my waiting time was very short. However, the waiting room was dark, seemed quite unclean and was very depressing. When I was eventually seen by the nurse, she was incredibly rude and could not have been any less interested in my problem. I had an accident 6 weeks ago in which I hurt my foot. It is still causing me quite a lot of pain walking, but she just touched my foot in 2 places and sent me on my way saying to carry on life as normal. There was no recommendation of pain relief or to wear some kind of foot support - essentially just 'put up with it'. In total, I was in her treatment room for less than 1 minute 30 seconds! And when I got up to leave she completely ignored me and looked back at her computer. Completely unacceptable.

So now I'm at home in pain and annoyed! Great.

Cleanliness and staff manners!
