"Wrong information for referral"

About: Devon Access and Referral Team (DART) Tiverton and District Hospital

(as the patient),

My doctor referred me for work done to my nose due to sun damage. I was referred to Tiverton Hospital. When I rang the referral service they said that Tiverton can’t do above the neck. They then referred me to Waddington.

I know that they have done above the neck previously as I went before for my face.

I would like to know why they now can’t do it? Also, someone needs to either correct the referral service if they are wrong or let my doctor know he can no-longer refer there. I would have rather have gone to Tiverton as it is closer to me.
