What I liked

My daughter has been under the orthopaedic consultant's care for the last few years. I have been extremely satisfied with all the Health Care staff we have been in contact with. From clerical staff, diagnostic imaging, to various medical staff, we have been treated with respect and as individuals. We saw the consultant this week and, as on previous occasions, were given detailed information, which enabled us to make decisions about treatment options and they kindly agreed to work around our need to avoid missing school.

We have complete faith in the professionalism of your staff and in your Hospital......NHS at its best.
