What I liked
The triage nurse was wonderful and clearly rushed off her feet, but reall lovely nonetheless. This was on the 5th may.
What could be improved
However the triage nurse I saw on the 3rd may at night assumed that I had been drinking, shouted at me because I interupted him because I was in killer pain and was incredibly rude.
He also ignored me when I was in clear agony.
Also, on a visit on the 5th May the two very young doctors who treated me randomly disappeared for three hours without telling me what was going on. I kept needed shots of morphine. They were both very lovely, but the second one seemed far too unconfident, which left me incredibly worried about my situation.
I also don't think that I should have been discarged as I am still in a huge amount of pain. They diagnosed me vaguely with a condition, but they weren't sure. I had to look it up when I went home where I found out that it was life debilitating and guarenteed me 'the most pain a human being could suffer' for spasms for the rest of my life.
I can't believe they didn't tell me what was going on.
Anything else?
The worst hospital I have ever been to. I still can't get over the fact that the male Triage nurse shouted at me 'I can't see any pain' when I'd just come out of the ambulance.
Absolutely terrible.
i am so sad that I am going to have to go back here again.
"Cannot believe I am going to have to..."
