"Drumchapel Hospital -a diamond in the rough"

My mother was transferred from, what I felt was, the large impersonal Gartnavel hospital to the much smaller and friendlier Drumchapel hospital. I cannot praise the staff at the Hospital in Drumchapel enough for changing her life.

Every time I visited her at the hospital, the staff — all of them could not have been more helpful, polite, efficient and caring. This particular hospital is a diamond in the rough. My only other negative was that my brother told me that one of the wards was closed which seemed strange to me.
