I have been into hospital several times and each time I have found the service to be excellent. The only issue I had was with other patients whingeing and moaning to the nurses and being very rude to them.
Even when the nurses were offering drinks, it wasn’t good enough for some people – despite there being a wide variety of drinks to choose from.
I found all the staff to be very helpful – I have no complaints about the staff at all.
The food wasn’t The Ritz style but what we did have was sufficient and by no means as awful as some other patients had made it out to be. I couldn’t believe how rude some people are.
On one occasion when I went to QMC dermatology, I went in at 6:10pm and left, having had the surgery, at 6:45pm – brilliant. I couldn’t ask for more.
