I was treated with courtesy and made to feel at home. My physiotherapist was friendly and her advice was very helpful. I could talk to her about my health problems and because of her I sought further medical advice. This resulted in a heart problem being identified. Her name is Carmel – a lovely lady. My appointment times were usually adhered to and I do not have any adverse comments regarding my visits to this department.
