"Please update your letter"

About: Devon Access and Referral Team (DART)

(as the patient),

I am trying to make an appointment and rang the number printed on the letter sent through, asking me to call and make an appointment. The number was incorrect and when I rang it I was told the service had been discontinued. Why is an incorrect number printed on this letter? This seems crazy! Please update your letter.

Many thanks for your feedback, may I apologise for the inconvenience you had when you recently tried to contact us to make your appointment. Please could you reply to me through the same route or please contact the Patient Helpdesk on 01626 883888, with your GP surgery and the service you were referred to. I will then do my best to get your issue resolved.
