"A very pleasant and enjoyable experience..."

What I liked

The waiting area is very calm and peaceful with a feeling of being a home. The Elf cafe also provided drinks and snacks which was most welcomed after driving for a hour to get to the hospital. The reception staff are alway pleasant and polite and will do everything to make you happy.

The phlebotomist is wonderful and shows care and consideration for my husband and his condition.

The overall visit is one of a pleasant yet necessary part of the day and the homely and freindly atmosphere makes it an enjoyable experience.

What could be improved

The chair in the Phlebotomy room is too big and uncomfortable to for my husband to sit in, a more suitable chair should be found which is better suited to disabled people and otheres alike.

The Consulting Team are all excellent.
