(as the patient),

I recently had Laparoscopic surgery as a day care patient at Heartlands Hospital. From the moment I entered the unit I was looked after extremely well. All of the staff were so caring and thoughtful. They put me completely at my ease and explained everything to me.

I honestly couldn't have had better treatment in a private hospital. My thanks to every single member of staff.
