"Further disappointment with Wigan and Leigh Crisis Team"

About: Leigh Infirmary Mh Oupatients Clinic / Assertive Outreach Team

(as the patient),

Further to my previous post:-

I since rung the Crisis Team number specified on my Care Plan in order to speak to someone. I had been self-injuring and had become more frightened.

I was greeted with an answerphone message with another number to call. I called this Warrington number and spoke to a receptionist who I found very cold and unfriendly who tried to contact the Crisis Team on my behalf. The receptionist advised the practioner's mobile phone was switched off and they had left a message for the practioner to contact me.

I feel like this is a Double Whammy - thanks very much Crisis Team.
