"I was very well looked after"

What I liked

I thought I was very well looked after by the staff on ward F7. The ward was very modern and clean. The food was ok. Plenty of tea and coffee available thoughout the day.

What could be improved

It was difficult to sleep at night and I wonder if it was necessary for all the beebs and other noises to have to keep going all night. I appreciate that some of the noises are unavoidable but it would be good if all uneccessary noise could be eliminated.

Parking charges seem alittle expensive for visitors.

Anything else?

Overall I was very impressed with the efficient way I was dealt with from the miniute I came to the hospital in the pre op department to the moment I left. I will certainly let other people know that I consider the hospital provided a very good service.
