What could be improved

Everything - its impossible to find your way around without help and there are little/no sign posts in parts of the building. It makes it so hard to find anything except the front door! The person I saw didn't really listen to me and sent me on my way with a prescription for two sets of tablets I had no idea what they did. He just told me how to take them. I later looked them up and was horrified by what they were used for and didn't understand how they would help me. I made an appointment at my GP and she went through them with me and we decided that one of them was far to severe for me and I didn't end up taking it at all. Thank god for my GP!
