"Both of the therapists I saw were fantastic"

Over the past 18 months I have developed severe neck and head pain. I was referred by my GP for physiotherapy. Both of the therapists I saw were fantastic. They listened to my problem, gave me an easy programme of effective exercises to follow and gave me some excellent treatment sessions. I now have all the mobility back in my neck which has made driving better. I no longer have any headaches and no longer have to take large doses of painkillers to get through the day. The pain I suffered before was affecting my ability to do my job and my home life. I would like to thank the GP, SPA team and the physios for the help and support they gave me.
