What I liked
Arrived in A&E with a broken arm - seen & x-rayed swiftly. Nurse practitioner took charge & was thorough, kind & considerate. They seemed to manage the students & new junior doc rather well.
What could be improved
Students & junior doc could have introduced themselves.
Anything else?
Junior staff don't understand 'privacy & dignity' - niot about covering up bare legs & ankles, but about treating patients like intelligent people - e.g. nnot walking into the room & asking someone else the patient's first name - ask the patient!
