"Impossible to contact Orthotics..."

What could be improved

The web site should give a direct line number for the Orthotics Department and somebody should answer the phone.

Anything else?

I was referred to the Orthotics Department inFebruary. To date, I haven't received an appointment. I'd like to make sure the Orthotics Department has my referral and the appointment hasn't gone astray. I'm to return to mthe Consultant in August so it would be beneficial to try the appliance for as long as possible. The web site doesn't give a direct line for the Orthotics Department and when I try via the switchboard nobody answers the phone.
