What I liked
Everyone was kind, thoughtful and professional. The operating staff all worked really well together making me feel at ease (even the jokes, though quite naff, were funny!).
Both pre and post operative care was fantastic, I was talked through what was happening at every stage - thank you Melton.
What could be improved
Everything was handled really well, no improvements required.
