i took my elderly mum to this place, as we got there the a and e was overcrowded with drunks and people who had been fighting,we where then told to wait maybe 4hrs in a room with drunken youths my mum is 78,5hrs later she got called in, to then wait another hour to have some treatment,we then got put on another ward where the staff was herendous and rude and ignorant! an elderly lady at the side of us asked the nurses to move her because she wasnt comfortable in the bed she was 4 times and it took them nearly 2hrs to move her! in total we where there 16hrs to be told my mum could go home,the staff was to bothered about there computers! I overheard what looked like a senior doctor say to a nurse are you on ebay again! Its a absolute disgrace and its about time something was done!
