What I liked

I was admitted to the orthapeadic ward due to a fall, i could not praise the physio staff enough, they were excellent, very patient, explained everything fully, very pleasant and a cheery manor, put me at my ease immediately. They made sure that i was able to weight bare and was safe to be allowed home, i got all the equpment needed to take home with me. 10 out of 10, thank you very much.

What could be improved

I appreciate the ward i was on is very busy and the staff work extremely hard, however a little consideration for the patients after 10pm would have made a lot of difference. All the lights were left on till around 12-30am, and the staff spoke very loudly to each other and to the patients, you could hear eveything that was going on.
