the staff are rude beyond belief and could do with careing for the patients instead of sitting at their desks studying. my mum caught the MRSA super bug in the hospital and although the staff knew about it they didn't bother to tell us or my mum untill the last day she was there. all my mums children visited her every day and nobody came to see us or her while we were there. when we asked to speak to staff we were told they had no time to see us. the 1st day she was in my mum had to pull the emergency cord due to not being able to breath and the reply she got was "What do you want me to do about it?"

Anything else?

Avoid respiratory ward 20 at all costs!!!!!!! the staff are rude and they treat patients and visitors like dirt!!!
