"A fantastic experience at a difficult..."

About: Basildon University Hospital

What I liked

I was quite anxious in relation to having surgery. The staff were great, reassuring me and making sure that I knew what was happening all the time. I felt well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. They are an asset to the hospital and I would have no problem in going back if I needed to.
