Referred to dermatology on friday 8th April. Phone call and letter for appontment at the hospital for 9am 15th April. Seen at 9.05am . Nurses, reception staff and doctors very friendly and professional. Decision made there and then to remove two skin blemishes. Over and done with by about 10-15am. Superb sevice all round.
