What I liked
The staff on ETU put me at ease from start to finish, very friendly and professional
What could be improved
Other than the flavour of throat spray I thought nothing needed to be changed
Anything else?
Even though I am a trained nurse it was not taken for granted that I knew everything, I was treated like any other person having a procedure which was with dignity. communication was excellent.
