I just wanna say thank you to all the staff at guernsy house and also to the staff at Fir Vale chemist, you have been all been so understanding and helpful, thank you.

Its an amazing system that is there to help us and we should all respect that, we are all extreamly lucky to live in this country and have all this help for free.

So much of the world is in tatters and we have it well cushdy- so be thankful for it. Also the universe, we are on this beautiful planet, coz the way the world is going we could all end up wiped out so while we are treated with respect- treat them how you would want to be treated and treat the earth with respect - recycle as much as possible and dont be to greedy with anything and most of all love yourself tell yourself frequently that life is good + you love yourself just the way you are and eventually you will believe it and then it comes real and positive stuff starts to happen to you which creates more positivity. Good luck with your life its the only one you get so make the most of it.
